Most people probably wouldn’t be shocked to hear that inventors came up with an automated golf caddy, but who would have predicted they’d invent an actual golfing robot first?

While looking into viral claims that a robotic golfer had scored a hole-in-one, Snopes reporter Dan Evon learned of the existence of a machine that can not only play golf, but also replicate virtually any golfer’s swing and fire off a shot at 130 mph.
