Fact: Joe Biden has hairy legs. How do we know? The 2020 Democratic U.S. presidential candidate copped to it in televised remarks he made during the dedication ceremony for a public swimming pool where he had served as a lifeguard in his youth.

Several people who encountered the comments in a viral video clip found them so odd they wrote to ask us if they were real. Snopes.com’s Dan Evon investigated.
