A viral video that has very quickly racked up millions of views on social media shows a grandparent mistakenly gifting a child who asked for Minecraft (the video game) a copy of Adolph Hitler’s political manifesto “Mein Kampf” instead.

In some postings, the caption gives a deadpan description of what is seen in the video as a “colossal misunderstanding,” leaving viewers asking whether the video is real or fake. Snopes reporter Dan Evon has the answer.
