After the assassination of Charlie Kirk on Sept. 10, 2025, rumors began to spread that his political organization Turning Point USA launched new merchandise in light of his death.

It was true that Turning Point released new merchandise within days of Charlie Kirk's death to honor him, based on web data for the organization's online merch store. However, there was no evidence to connect Erika Kirk to those listings, nor was there tangible proof of anyone selling the products at the memorial. (Erika Kirk became CEO and chair of Turning Point on Sept. 18.)
We contacted Turning Point asking who ordered the sale of the in-question items online, and we asked if the organization sold the products physically at the memorial. We will update this report if we receive a response.
According to photographs of Kirk's memorial, per Getty Images, attendees wore items listed on Turning Point's online store. However, we could not identify stations with the in-question merchandise for sale in any of the photographs.
In total, Snopes identified at least six T-shirts on Turning Point's online store that the organization posted after Charlie Kirk's death. All cost $35.
For example, a white T-shirt with a black drawing of Charlie Kirk holding up his fist and the words "Here I am, Lord. Send me. —Isaiah 6:8" appeared on the online store as early as Sept. 11, the day after his death, web page data shows.
A T-Shirt that reads "Well done, good and faithful servant" with Charlie Kirk's years of birth and death appeared on Sept. 12.
Another T-shirt with a drawing of Charlie Kirk's family, an angel's halo above his head and the phrase "never surrender" was listed on Sept. 13. On the same day, a T-shirt showing a drawing of Charlie Kirk throwing red caps with the phrase "This is our turning point" emerged on
Also, a black T-shirt that reads "We are all Charlie Kirk" appeared on the website on Sept. 16.
