Authentic images of U.S. first lady Melania Trump have received their fair share of internet speculation over the years since her husband, President Donald Trump, took office in 2017, including many from her modeling career.
In this collection, however, we turn our attention to seven fake photos many online fell for, including AI-generated images of Melania and son Barron Trump opening a "free hospital" for homeless people and of the Trumps volunteering at an orphanage on New Year's Day.
We also squashed rumors of raunchier images purportedly showing the first lady in a transparent shirt and one in which she appeared to pose with a shirtless Hunter Biden, former President Joe Biden's son.
As the Department of Justice released files on disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein throughout late 2025 and early 2026, the rollout of fake images included Melania Trump and Epstein's accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, alongside several unidentified girls, another image of the first lady kissing Epstein's cheek and one in which she pole-danced for the convicted sex offender.
